Schedule
Please arrive as close to the top of the hour as possible. There will be a guided, WOD-specific group warm-up that will begin at 15 minutes after the hour.
The programming schedule itself is Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday on, Thursday off and Friday-Saturday on, Sunday off. Rest days (Thursdays and Sundays) are for making up missed workouts from the previous cycle.
