WFGT: Backsquats, I used a low weight but I feel that I am really starting to get the right feel for how to do them correctly.
TTWO: overhead squats, I need to get lower. My arms were really fatigued too (I did a bunch of pushups, HSPU and dips yesterday and I did the 75 OHS on Tuesday with 55) My arms kept failing….arg!

Back Squat @120#, seemed light. Needed +5 to make it 65% but no plates in sight. Crowded with the HQ people there.
then made up yesterday’s DU/Burpee Mayhem. This was so hard esp after 5 days off. Woof.
Time was a little over 30. Humbling. DUs were the suck. I wish I hadn’t rested so much on burpees.

Hey everyone. Just checking in. I felt worse today than yesterday so decided I should not come in. Very doubtful for tomorrow. Maybe I’ll be well enough on Saturday. Miss you all and look forward to life returning to normal real soon.

Thanks to Joy, who came to my house in her 4WD and took me to the gym, I made it in today! Yay!!! Joy is the greatest. Ever.
Did 5×5 back squats, first set with 55# and the last four with 65#. Turns out my 1RM is 93#, so this was a good weight to use.
Then did part of the jump rope/burpee metcon. For time: 100 DU, 50 burpees, 50 DU, 25 burpees. 27:18
Slow but good.
